The Cyber Mission Field

The Lord impressed upon my heart today, that there is a new mission field. Many of you may have already been aware of this, but for me, it is new. Cyber Space is a mission field. Lost people view the internet and surf through message boards and blogs. Hurting women are looking for an answer. They join message boards and read blogs to gain support for the trials they are facing.

One woman I know from ivillage.com was reading some messages at the Christian Family Life board when she realized she wasn't saved. She hadn't trusted Christ as her personal Savior. That day she prayed to the Lord and sought his forgiveness for sin. She became a child of God by reading messages posted by other women about their salvation memories.

Hurting women read our devotion blogs as if they're gasping for the breath of life itself. If God has placed a message upon your heart to share with your readers, please consider exploring that calling. You never know who is reading, searching, hoping, and waiting to read about God's redemption.
